Square Retail Podium, Sydney - approx $2.5
Million - This
project was completed in June 2005 for Multiplex constructions
and involved the installation of trade waste services, grease
arrestors, main gas, water supplies, sewer drainage, and hydrant
services. A design and construct project which included a
large scale refurbishment of a city block to incorporate various
retail outlets as well as a brand new 6 story office block

Integral
Energy Nth Eastern Creek substation- $1.1 Million -
Taken
on originally for the hydraulic and civil stormwater
works, Lanskey constructions then contracted NCP for
various other civil works including sub-base preparation,
asphalt road works and conduit excavation. This project
involved the installation of safety deluge showers and
eye/face washes, 350m of boosted hydrant, over .5km
of stormwater pipe running through a Rocla DD2400 stormwater
filtration system.
Macquarie
University Private Hospital- North Ryde $550K -
Baulderstone & Hornibrook employed
the services of NCP for the critical and complex
works involved in clearing all existing services
from the footprint of Macquarie University Private
Hospital. With 250m of stormwater main up to 750mm
dia, water main sewer main and domestic sewer all
completed in busy public roads under a tight schedule.

sub-contractor to Transfield services NCP were employed
